Hi, I’m Kay Bela.

My work is shaped by both professional training and personal experience navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and recovery in my own life.

After beginning my career as a teacher and later becoming a therapist and nonprofit leader, I developed a deep interest in helping people understand the emotional and relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

Today I specialize in trauma-informed therapy using EMDR and practical emotional skills to help clients move beyond survival patterns and build healthier relationships—with themselves and others.

I’ve also had the opportunity to speak about mental health at conferences, schools, recovery centers, and organizations internationally.
