I read his book in my personal development recently (Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now) and I feel it’s something that is often ignored, but we need to remember– this life and this time is not forever.

Yesterday I started my morning routine again after falling off of it a bit recently. I kicked my own butt in gear and reached out to my support group of coaches for accountability with my goals and I took action.

But it wasn’t easy. It’s easier (in a way) to lay there and complain and wish for circumstances to change or get easier, but the truth is– we make our own reality.

However, even though it’s easier in the moment, it’s harder in the long run because I don’t want to wake up (and I don’t want YOU to wake up) one day realizing that so much time has passed and we haven’t been living the life we really wanted.

You are AMAZING!
You are SO CAPABLE!
So stop using your past or your circumstances as excuses to not create the tomorrow that you want to create for yourself.

Don’t wait your whole life to start living.

START TODAY. :)
