Workout Motivation Tips: Increase Willpower // Kay Bela

I know it can be SO FRUSTRATING to keep yo-yoing with your fitness and we ask ourselves, “why do I keep fluctuating like this?!” Or “why can’t I just stick to this!”


First off, give yourself some grace because all of us have wrestled with this yo-yoing and it doesn’t mean you’re broken or somehow can’t do what others are doing.Instead, it may be that your foundation needs to be adjusted, so you’re not easily swayed and you’re willpower comes easily when the foundation is set in this way.
