How to Deal with Cravings // Kay Bela There are two types of cravings: 1. The ones from the actual substances because your body has gotten so used to having those foods that it thinks it needs them. 2. The psychological cravings because you are so used to turning to that substance for comfort—which is more the psychological craving. So what can we do to listen to our bodies and minds and handle this moment well? Today, we’ll address both—but primarily the latter—and a few ways to handle those cravings.
